blah blah blah... talk too much I really do... take that as your warning.

I got almost 5 hours of studying today... kinda nice. Went to the library at 4 or so and sat there til I got restless at 8:45. I went home to eat dinner, and I was suppose to return to study more, but I just got lazy. I couldn't stop thinking about Ski Dazzle. So my dilema... I can't got to Ski Dazzle on the first day (tomorrow) cuz there's a dance performance that same night that I have to go to. I can either go to that one, which is free, or pay $20 to watch another one a different night so I can go to Ski Dazzle one day earlier. Couldn't justify paying that extra $20, so I'm going to Ski Dazzle Friday. Took me couple hours to finally accept that. I kept thinking of alternative ways. I even offered people money to watch the show for me (gotta have proof). Yeah, I was pretty desperate. I'm still thinking of ways...
So I hung out in the kitchen for some time today and upstairs with several people. It was quite nice. I'm feeling motivated to be more involved with my house. I'm planning to make/buy lil stockings for everyone in the house. I'm thinking about getting the Christmas decorations I brought from home for the Chem house last year and putting them up at our house. It's still in the Chem house storage closet. I might not put up the tree, but maybe garlands and ornaments with people's names on them. We'll see. I want to visit all the rooms upstairs, but that'd take a lot of time. I'm thinking of doing a rotation thing. Couple rooms a day. We'll see. That's only cuz I got my studying done early today. Well, I'm sleepy... so I'll go waste more time now instead of sleeping... hate it when I do that!
Your Existing Situation Volatile and outgoing. Needs to feel that events are developing along desired lines, otherwise irritation can lead to changeability or superficial activities.
Your Stress Sources Wants freedom to follow her own convictions and principles, to achieve respect as an individual in her own right. Desires to avail herself of every possible opportunity without having to submit to limitations or restrictions. Has high emotional demands and is willing to involve herself in a close relationship, but not with any great depth of feeling.
Your Restrained Characteristics Feels that she is receiving less than her share and that there is no one on whom she can rely for sympathy and understanding. Pent-up emotions and a certain egocentricity make her quick to take offense, but she realizes that she has to make the best of things as they are.
Your Desired Objective Needs release from stress. Longs for peace, tranquillity, and contentment. Takes easily and quickly to anything which provides stimulation. Preoccupied with things of an intensely exciting nature, whether erotically stimulating or otherwise. Wants to be regarded as an exciting and interesting personality with an altogether charming and impressive influence on others. Uses tactics cleverly so as to avoid endangering her chances of success or undermined others' confidence in herself.
Your Actual Problem Does not wish to be involved in differences of opinion, contention or argument, preferring to be left in peace.
Your Actual Problem Seeks to avoid criticism and to prevent restriction of her freedom to act, and to decide for herself by the exercise of great personal charm in her dealings with others.
Your Actual Problem #2 Wants to be valued and respected, and seeks this from a close and peaceful association of mutual esteem.
Your Actual Problem #2 Greatly impressed by the unique, by originality, and by individuals of outstanding characteristics. Tries to emulate the characteristics she admires and to display originality in her own personality.
I took the test twice... got the same results for the most part. I combined both results.

I studied for 5 and a half hours in the library today. It sounds like a lot to me, but I know it's really not enough. I wasted 3 hours before getting my butt over to the library, so I could've studied for 8 hours today. I gotta not slack for the next 2 weeks. I can't wait til finals are over!
Ski dazzle starts this Thursday! I can't wait! Only problem is that my professor just announced that there will be a dance show that night, and I am missing a dance show fulfilment for this quarter. So this is my last chance to make it up. But I'm not even sure if it counts yet because he never responded to my e-mail that asked him if it counts. So it's all up in the air cuz I have to watch MacBeth for that same class Friday or Saturday. So if I need to go to Ski Dazzle on Friday, then I have to get tickets for Saturday for MacBeth. I have to get it before they sell out too. I really want to go to Ski Dazzle on the first day too, so hm... need to figure things out. Maybe go to Ski Dazzle from 4-5:30? Dunno if that short time will be worth it then. The show starts at 6 here... why so early?! Aiya...

Just got back from home home. Sad to be back cuz I know it's a week til finals. Time to move into the library (I can't study in my room). Thanksgiving break was fun though. Gosh, first day of break seems so long ago. Jonathan's god-mother came, so we spent a lot of time taking her out. We spent Thanksgiving at his aunts house first, then went over to my aunts house. We really should have went to my aunts first, then his. We thought that his aunts would be a small event and my aunt would have a big event, ends up that it was the other way around. So instead of going to say hi to his aunt and the supposedly small group, then heading over to aunt who has the big group and it wouldn't matter so much that we were late, it ended up that his aunt had more people than seats, so we had to eat in shifts. We ended up being there for an hour. And when we headed over to my aunts, people were all done eating cuz they all ate at the same time. When we got there, the food was all put away and they were on desert. Oh well, it was still cool.
Jonathan washed his car at my house, so I decided to wash my mom's car too. She drives a 4-runner, so it's rather tall. To clean the top of her car, I stepped on the side step thingy on the side of the car. The car was parked next to my mom's rose garden. As I was cleaning, my hands lost it's grasp on the side mirror and I fell. On the way down, my fingers pulled on her mirror trying to hold on and my foot got tucked under her car. Then I landed on the rose bushes. It took Jonathan awhile to realize that I couldn't get up because all the thorns were clinging on to me. I had a huge bump/bruise on my foot, a bunch of pricks on my back and ass, and my left ring finger nail flipped! If it wasn't for the fact that my nails were all soft from washing the car, my nail would've prolly peeled off. YUCK! But it getting flipped back was gross too. I had to flip it back to normal. yeah... so that was my Thanksgiving afternoon. =P

So I've been staying up working on my final project for my digital arts class. It's not due for another couple weeks, but I want to get started and as much out of the way as I can so I can focus on Physics when finals week comes along. It's kinda cool. You can see the bit of it here. It's my first day working on it, so it's REALLY rough. It's suppose to cover places I like to eat and shop. I got the layout all set, I just haven't worked on the content yet. I had a lot of fun doing a little animations. They're really simple, but I still had fun.
I can't wait for Thanksgiving break! I only have one class tomorrow (kick back one too, it's my digital arts class), and I'm heading home! I need to pack still. Oh well... and I can't wait til finals over so I can start my winter break and go SNOWBOARDING! I'm so stoked! I can't wait for Ski Dazzle next week! I hope I find cool equipment!

So initation went well Saturday morning. It didn't occur to me till that morning that that would be my very last initiation! Since we're at ceiling, we won't be getting anymore girls this year to initiate. But I'm not really complaining since I won't have mandatory COB events to go to.
Fall function was okay. Check out the pics. It was my least fun function of my whole time here. Maybe it's cuz I'm starting to feel old. Oh well, it was still fun cuz it was my first event being 21! hee hee... It was funny cuz when Nicole, one of our advisors was checking Jonathan's ID before we boarded the bus, she kept looking for a long time. Then said, "Oh, 75... you're way over..." something to that effect. I forgot. Then Jonathan asked if he was older than her. She was all "yeah... sorry".
I spent a lot of my time studying yesterday. Such a good girl. So I realized that it takes a little over an hour to study each section in Physics. So I at least now know how long I need to set aside for Physics.
Last night, in the middle of making my next Abercrombie purchase, the power went out! Just poof! All dark! And I hear a bunch of screams from the people in the living room. A bunch of frantic girls... hee hee... At first, we thought it was the transformer that blew again, since that's what happened last week. But when Jonathan and I left for the library, we realized that it was the whole street of Campus. University Center was completely dark. Kinda neat. And we were able to study at the library since both our computers were not working. So I got good studying done last night. Studied at the library till 1 AM.

Since I'm on duty tonight, we went to catch Harry Potter at noon. It was a good movie, but the book was so much better. The movie rushed through many scenes and left some out. Expected though, but still. There were some parts that I really felt was deep and intense in the book, and I felt that the movie doesn't bring it out as much. Like many parts were really significant to me and I remember the dialoge still from when I read the book, and some of the lines that I thought was significant were either left out or just wasn't portrayed as important. Anyway, it was a good movie still. But if you haven't read the book, read it! I don't read, but I read all 4 and loved it!
We had Court of Ivy tonight (pre-initiation ceremony). It was nice. All the girls are sleeping over for our initiation tomorrow at the butt crack of dawn. Initiation will be so exciting tomorrow cuz one of our new members is a legacy... 3rd generation, mind you. So her mom and grandma will be at her initiation tomorrow. How cute.
I'm done wrapping 4 christmas gifts already! I'm so on top of things... actually, just eager. I bought some cute ribbon and gift boxes, so since I had some gifts set already, I was eager to wrap them. Fun fun... Should've studied though. But I plan to study between initiation and Fall Function. That'll give me couple hours... if I use them all for studying, that is. I should be sleeping! Gotta wake up early tomorrow (later today) and will have a long night since we have our dance the same night. I'm Marshall, so that means I get to guide 23 girls through initiation. I remember last spring through COB, we had 12 girls and it felt so crowded. So with twice as much girls, it'll be difficult to lead 23 girls in such tight space. It'll be cool reguardless. Okay, going to bed now.

I'm so excited... all the stores are all ready for the hollidays. I ended up getting some Christmas shopping done. hee hee... fun fun. I love this time of year! (oh wait, I'm not on winter break yet, doh!) Oh well... I'm still excited for the season and I'm starting early. I start early every year, but still end up doing last minute shopping.
I'm sleepy. I can't wait to watch Harry Potter tomorrow. We tried to catch a midnight showing tonight, but the place we thought was doing it wasn't. bummer... Oh well, tomorrow at noon baby! Yippee!
I also register tomorrow. I can't find a fourth class to take. Photography and the other arts classes I was intersted in conflict with either my Arts Core class or my Physics discussion. I could prolly enroll in Physics without the discussion, but I don't know if I really wanna do that. So I looked up other classes and I found this cool class... Sociology 69 - Sex and intimate relationships. hee hee... too bad it's all full now. It only has a 25 capacity. Oh well... would've been fun.
It felt like a weekend night tonight. I spent the whole night doing arts and crafts... should've been studying! I have so much to study for! I always feel so guilty to end my day when I haven't studied. But i'm too tired and not in the mood to study. bleh

So we went to Gasoline Alley, a costume shop, to find costumes today. We didn't really know exactly what we were looking for. We were thinking of Laurel and Hardy, vintage Chinese thing, Western thing, or Glam. Nothing there really fit, so when I found a saloon girl dress that fit rather well, my choices were greatly narrowed. I was still debating if I should just do the whole glam thing. Everyone seems to be doing that. But then I figure that this is our only function where we get to dress up. I have Cocktail and Bordeaux Ball to dress up, so I should have fun for this one. So we're going to be Saloon Girl and Cowboy... ta-da! I'm not familiar with that era, so I can't give specific characters. I heard Miss Kitty, Roy Rogers... but I don't really know who they are, so we're just "Saloon Girl" and "Cowboy". hee hee... Those movies were made during the 30's through 50's, which is the vintage years from what I was told, but many people seem to not think it's vintage... I don't know what vintage means. Someone told me anything 20's through 50's, so if cowboys are vintage even though they were made during those years, too bad. I already got the costume. It doesn't really matter anyway cuz it's about having fun. I never thought I'd every dress up as a Western chick since that's totally not my era or interest, so it's kinda cool that I'm going as a saloon chick... doing something completely different from what I ususally would do.
I just finished writing my paper that's due tomorrow. Now I just gotta finish Physics homework. Ack! I've been picking up on my ditching class habbit again (bad caroline!). Need to break out of it.

We went to the U2 concert last night at the Staples Center. It was an awesome concert. In the beginning, I couldn't help but to compare it to the Depech Mode concert, even though I said I wouldn't. After I got over comparing, and after having more time to absorb last night, I like the concert more and more. It was difficult at first cuz I feel that Dave Gahan is way sexy! Even though I like more of U2's songs, Depech Mode was more fun to watch cuz Dave Gahan is more of a performer. He was just very entertaining to watch. But enough comparing... U2 was a way good concert! I love their music! When they sang One, they had names of the people on the planes that crashed on Sept. 11th projected all over the walls and ceilings. And they had this huge long screen that was the length of the stage scrolling with names of people on each plane. It was very powerful. And No Doubt was awesome too.
What a three day weekend! I feel like we did so much... so much shopping too! hee hee... yeah! Sucks though cuz I didn't get any studying done. =( I have this weekend to catch up. I have a busy week this week. I got assignments or papers due in all of my classes this week. It didn't occur to me that today would be Tuesday until I was on my way back from the concert. So I had to stay up til 3 doing my Physics homework. Good thing it was a rather short assignment! Just got one more Physics homework to do, a paper, and finish my logos for my digital arts class.
Oh yeah... did anyone come up with anything for the Vintage Hollywood theme?! I tried on a Marilyn Monroe dress at the costume shop, but it was too big... and doesn't support/cover my boobs very well. Any other suggestions? Is Gilligan Vintage Hollywood?
1 0 . 1 2 . 0 1 | 1 2 : 1 3 a m
So the theme for our Fall function is "Vintage Hollywood". I'm not very familiar with the whole vintage, old Hollywood scene. Any suggestions on costumes?! It's this Saturday, so I need to come up with something soon. We're gonna visit some costume rental shops to see what suggestions they got. We'll see...
We went looking for snowboarding stuff today. Ski Dazzle just seems so far away! 2 more weeks... ah! I'm so anxious, especially now that we got our season passes! I just have to be patient.
I really need to work harder in Physics. I'm doing fine in one, but not so well in the other. Especially after midterms, I haven't really been studying. Need to get my butt in gear cuz it's too late to find another major. I just need to get C's in my upper-division classes, but I don't want C's. This sucks. Wish I had changed majors years ago... of course, I don't know what I would've changed to. Wish they just had a General Ed major. hee hee... then I could just take a little of everything. Oh well...
1 0 . 1 0 . 0 1 | 0 4 : 4 8 a m
Yeah, so my hours are all out of whack again. I've been working on some logos for my next digital arts class assignment. The assignment was to make logos for the class. I'm not done yet, but I have several. We can make multiple cuz he'll just grade all of them then give us the best grade. Check them out here and let me know what you think! Any suggestions would be very appreciated! =D
We went to Mt. High to get our season pass lift tickets today! Actually, Jonathan ordered them online back in September. We just had to go in to get our pictures taken and to pick up the actual pass. I can't wait til season starts! And when ski dazzle comes around and I buy my gear, our season is set! Besides gas money, we don't have to fork out anymore money and can snowboard as often as we'd like! Yippee! Ralphs doesn't start selling discount lift tickets til January or something, so there will be at least a month where not many people will wanna come with us, so when time comes where everyone starts going, Jonathan and I should be pro! hee hee...
I bought new shoes and a new sweater today!
I found the gray Diesel psyke on sale for only $50. It's a bit much for something I don't need at this moment, but I've been looking for them and wanting them, and I know when I finally do need them, they won't be there anymore, so I got them. I haven't charged anything this cycle anyway (been using my checking). We went to Ontario Mills. I got my shoes at this REALLY cool shoe store. It's called off Broadway... but it's huge! There were so many shoes; I didn't know where to start. They had Diesel (which not many of these huge shoe stores do), Kenneth Coles... you name it, they got it! They had a wide range... from cheesy brands to nicer ones. I likes... I likes a lot!
So then we headed over to Brea mall. We went to Abercrombie so I could return some shirts I ordered and didn't like. On the way to the cashier, I saw this sweater. It's another one of those tying sweaters, but the best part is with all the exchanges I had, I didn't have to fork out anything for it! In fact, I even got $20 dollars back from the exchange! hee hee... Another cool part is that the stuff I returned were stuff I charged last month, and they were the only stuff I charged. You get the picture? It's too late to explain the coolness of it all. hee hee... ok, bed time.

A nutritionist came in to our Alpha Phi meeting. Boy am I motivated to eat right now! She makes it sound so simple to eat healthy! What also motivated me to be more alert of what I eat is knowing the what the certain foods do to me. She says that if you can eliminate 3 things from your diet (difficult to eliminate completely, but should avoid when possible) is carbonation, white flour, and sugar. Carbonation travels to your intestines and sucks out vitamins from your intestinal membrane. If you take vitamin pills with soda, you lose about 50% of the vitamins (and you can?t just take double the pills either because your body can?t process that much at once). White flour is a simple carbohydrate that has a glycemic index of 100. What does that mean? Well, let me explain. Good carbs have a glycemic index of 50 to 60. The higher the index, the higher it brings you, but that means the more it?ll drop you (i.e. sugar highs? don?t last very long). It gives you temporary energy. An index of 50 to 60 will be a moderate high, so you?ll get the energy you need to get through they day, but won?t crash. Next, Sugar? Type 2 diabetes is generally known as the old person?s diabetes, but reality is that most of them have it because they ate too much sugar when they were younger. Besides that, sugar is also one of those things that only gives you temporary energy.
So how do you avoid these foods? Get whole grain stuff? but BEWARE, just cuz it says it?s wheat bread doesn?t mean it?s WHOLE wheat bread. Make sure it says ?100% WHOLE? wheat. You can also check the ingredients. For those who don?t know, ingredients are listed in order by which there are the most of. So, if the first item on your bread?s ingredients in bleached flour, that means that your bread is mainly comprised of bleached flour. Also, don?t be afraid of carbs? you need them. Some people go on protein diets to lose weight, but it?s REALLY bad for you. People lose weight when they go on protein diets because it takes 3 times as much water to digest protein than it does to digest carbs, so in the end, you are just losing water, not fat. Because it takes so much more water to digest protein, the water that circulates nutrients through your body went all into digesting, so you end up with liver and kidney problems.
Some random facts about nutrients in food? Leafy veggies have more nutrients than the so-called ?fresh? ones because with frozen ones, they are picked, packaged, and frozen whereas the ?fresh? ones are picked and left sitting there with all these other bacteria and stuff. And when cooking your veggies for the first time, you retain the most nutrients when you microwave them. However, when you re-heat them, the nutrient content will always diminish no matter how you re-heated it. A note on calcium? Dairy products aren?t that good to get calcium from because it?s so difficult for us to digest the lactose? try liver and salmon. Another random thing? if you?re an oatmeal eater like me, it?s interesting that slow cooked oatmeal has a glycemic index of 60, where instant oatmeal has an index of 100! I always got the instant ones cuz I don?t have the time? but hey, I?m reconsidering now. Another random fact? sweetened ice tea is equivalent to soda and unsweetened ice tea is equivalent to diet soda sugar wise? so I think I?ll just stick with water from now on.
Some simple tips? if you buy vitamins, make sure there is the USP label on it. If it doesn?t, and prolly has some blue seal or whatever on it, it hasn?t passed some regulations? I forget what, but there are a lot of them out there that has not passed. Also, breakfast should be your biggest meal and dinner should be your smallest meal. Between breakfast and lunch, you need a lot of energy to get through your day? you don?t need that much energy after dinner. Funny how most of us eat it reversed? small breakfast, huge dinner. To maximize your metabolism, eat more smaller portions? and a good way to do that is to buy smaller dishes so you don?t feel obligated to fill up your dish with food and then feel obligated to clean your dish. You can go to CyberDiet to find out more about the foods you eat. You can also contact Cindy who is the nutritionist who came in today. Lastly, remember that each person has different nutrition requirements, and one good estimate of how much calorie you need is to add a zero at the end of your weight (if you're 140 lbs, then you need 1400 calories)... but remember, this is how much you need to survive provided that you just lay in bed all day. The more activity you do, the more calories you need.

Alpha Phi Presents yesterday went rather well. Too bad I had no idea we could bring our boyfriends! No one brought boyfriends last year, so I just assumed the same this year. I figure it was just parents and alumnae. So many brought their boyfriends... darn. Oh well, it would've been nice to bring Jonathan and show him a little about Alpha Phi. It was also cute cuz we have a legacy in our new class, but I had no idea that her grandmother and mother were both Alpha Phi! It was so cute to see three generations of Alpha Phi there... and grandma had her pin on too. Cuteness!
So on to the good stuff... Sir's birthday party. We got there early... like the 4th and 5th guest. We watched TV as more people came. We also ate first, so by the time the crowd came and ate, we were done. Anyway, things were going well and we were having fun. Then Julie came... the EX. It was weird only because I wasn't sure how I should act. Would she rather be friendly or would she rather for us to just ignore each other? If she wanted to just pretend I didn't exist, then I didn't want to feel stupid if I was nice to her and she ignored me. So through out the night, we just did our own thing. However, at the end of the night, we exchanged a few words, but it was very dry on her part. We were on our way out, and she asked Jonathan something, so I wasn't sure if I should leave them to talk, or smile and be apart too. I just stood off to the side in case they were discussing something I shouldn't hear. Then, when we were about to leave, we wanted to say "bye" to Sir, so I asked, "Did Sir go to sleep already?" and she just replied, "Don't worry about Sir." And turned away.
Leaving the party, I wish I had just talked to her or at least be more talkative. I wasn't sure how she was feeling, so I decided to just be low key. But now I regret it cuz that's not how I wanted it to end. No resolution or anything. Oh well... maybe I should've had a drink. hee hee... Oh well. I'm over it.
Today, Jonathan and I had a funny conversation. I know you're never suppose to talk about past partners and stuff with your significant other, but I decided to ask anyway. It's funny cuz we both started to share, and it was funny. No bad feelings or awkwardness. It even stirs up some pretty exciting... um... lets just leave it as that. heh heh

Tomorrow will be an interesting day. We got two birthday dinners to attend tomorrow, one being a mutual friend of Jonathan's ex-girlfriend, Julie. In the past, they would try to organize it somehow so we would not be at the same place at the same time. Actually, up until the last event (Sir's house warming party), we would not be invited to the same event, and this resulted in Jonathan getting uninvited TWICE! Well, the last event, we just split the time. She went first, and after she left, then we arrived later. Tomorrow however will be different... wonder how it'll turn out.
Before all this though is Alpha Phi Presents. This is where we present the new members to Alumnae and Parents. I still have to figure out what I'm going to say.
Last night, we went to Armani Exchange cuz we had a coupon for 30% off. If anyone's intersted, go here for the coupon. It's good til the 7th. We didn't find anything though. Nothing we liked all that much and nothing cheap enough to just buy. I remember there were a lot of stuff I liked over the summer, but nothing last night. It's prolly the season. I didn't find anything for me... oh well.

What a GOOD day! Classes were a drag today, but I had Taco Tuesday to look forward to. It was sooo much fun! I invited mainly Alpha Phi and the AV staff. Becky (my ex-supervisor) even came!!!! It was a lil difficult to run around and mingle with everybody cuz we were all split up, but it was still fun. I had two margaritas... a mango one and a strawberry one. I hate the taste of alcohol! I took forever to finish the first drink. I finished the second one quick only because I decided to put the straw at the back of my throat and just keep swallowing. I just had so much fun to see eveyone! It felt so good to be surrounded by all my friends and sisters! That totally made my 21st birthday the best birthday ever! One good thing I realized is that I don't turn red! hee hee... Yippee!
I took out a candidate for lunch. I really liked her and had a good time at lunch. Garrett, Gaby, and I took out the candidate and we went to this Chinese resturant that we thought would just be way Americanized, but it was not that bad. Because the resturant is always rather empty, we thought it would be bad, but ate there because there was no wait (we had to bring the candidate back in an hour). I got the Sea Scallops dish... yum... big scallops. I love scallops!

What a weekend! First off, Jonathan took me to San Deigo on Saturday. We got to go to the Banana Republic Factory Store and Abercrombie Kids. We then tried to go bar hoping at midnight, but ended up making it to only one bar. Before heading out to the bar, we went to Albertson's so I can make my first alcohol purchase. Everyone was laughing at me cuz I had my ID in my hand waiting for the guy to ask, and when he asked, I just enthusiastically said, "OKAY" while I flashed it at him. We then headed over to Sharkie's over in Newport. The bouncer and supermarket guy both looked at their watches and had to think about it for awhile. At the bar, Dorothy got me something... Southern Comfort with Lemon Drop? Something like that... but recall, I've NEVER drank before! They insisted that I take a sip, so I did, and I think everyone got a kick out of my reaction. YUCK!
Today, we got lunch then headed over to Nordstrom to find me a bra. Victoria Secrets workers told me to check out Nordstroms cuz they don't make many bra's my size, and definately not straplesses. I tried on 2 kinds... one was $32 and the other was $54... hm... big difference. Oddly, the cheaper one is the one that's all padded and stuff. The thin one ended up being so much more. After trying it on, we concluded that I can't wear padded bras. It just looks really bad... all pushed up to my nose. But I couldn't justify paying $54 for a bra! In the end, Jonathan got it for me as my b-day gift... THANK YOU JONATHAN!
Then we went home and had dinner with my family. It was yummy. My aunt gave me a read envelope and on it she wrote, "You're really legal now" and drew a martini glass. I thought that was so funny cuz she's my mom's older sister! Anyway, my parents and aunt got a kick out of hearing my alcohol purchasing stories.
When we came back to Irvine, we went to Albertson's again to get more alcohol while it's still my birthday. We had two lines to choose from and I chose this one line cuz the cashier looked friendlier... Oh what a good choice! He looked at my ID and seemed puzzled for quite some time. He kept looking at my ID and at the screen for the date and time. Then he realized, "oh, it's today". He started to say outloud, "hey, what does the birthday girl get?!" Then he starts to sing, "This is your birthday song... it isn't very long." It was funny... okay, I'm sleepy now...
